Given its complexity and exhaustive role in maintaining our well-being, it is little wonder that the spinal region produces among the most common presenting problems in doctors’ offices. These can range from simple backaches to complex, painful conditions that require specialized care.

Many patients arrive at the SRO Spine Center with conditions that deeply concern them. With proper diagnosis, they can often be resolved with carefully planned non-surgical rehabilitation.

Whether patients require surgical or non-surgical interventions, our team of certified physical therapists and other support staff work with Dr. Athanassious to develop rehabilitation programs customized to each patient’s specific condition.

In cases where surgery is required, we make every effort to employ minimally invasive techniques that dramatically reduce both discomfort and recovery time. Spinal surgery and the diagnosis that precedes it are finely honed arts for which Dr. Athanassious has become widely recognized by his patients and peers.
