Santa Rosa Orthopaedics is looking for a skilled and compassionate Hand Therapist to join our growing orthopedic team. This position may be full-time or part-time, with a negotiable schedule based on candidate availability and clinic needs. You’ll evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity injuries, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, support postoperative recovery, provide patient education, and collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff. Current California OT or PT license required; Certified Hand Therapist credential or California-recognized hand therapy training required. Experience in an orthopedic or surgical practice and custom splint fabrication preferred.
