As you may have read in earlier announcements from SRO, in accordance with our own high standards and following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, we have expanded efforts to protect staff and patients. As a result, we have resumed scheduling elective and urgent care surgeries and we are open for patients seeking appointments covering all orthopaedic needs.
As patients return for scheduled surgeries and make new appointments to address ongoing orthopaedic concerns we are asking them to tell us how the appointment went based on their expectations. Below is the first in a series we will be presenting on patient comments covering this very topic.
I love the precautions taken prior to entering the health center. I felt comfortable and safe during my visit. The doctor was very thorough in discussing my treatment options.
This was my first appointment at the office on Montgomery. Everyone in this office was very nice, and I really appreciated the fact that there was a screening station outside the building for the COVID19. As always, Dr. McDermott was just amazing as well as his MA. They always go above and beyond for all of their patients. I will never see a different orthopedic surgeon again. Dr. McDermott is by far my favorite, and I have seen 5 other orthopedic surgeons. He is the only one I trust with my care. And his MA is spectacular! Highly recommend.
I was so impressed. All of the nurses both times i was there practiced disinfecting to the tee! They were pleasant and compassionate! The surgery was quick. Everything was so professional and clean! Top notch!!!!
In the mist of Covid-19 Dr. Athanassious and his staff where great. He was friendly had a plan for my condition. He answered all my questions in a very straight forward but friendly manner.
Dr. Mazur and his team are awesome. Especially with COVID crisis, their team have kept us patients very informed regarding appointments & procedures. And the online appointment/follow-up has been especially helpful. Thanks for all you do. See you soon.
Needed an X-ray during Covid – SR Orthopedic helped arrange with my insurance co. to have it done directly at their offices instead of going to ER and then having it evaluated at SR Ortho. I appreciated their humanness and the cheerful staff even amidst such challenging times.
